Official website for this popular chicana artist including an outstanding
tour of her work.
Louvre
The official site for the Louvre includes everything from a visite virtuelle
to an e-boutique. The Kaléidoscope
section allows you to sort online images of works from the museum by a variety
of criteria including themes such as the family, sports, music and daily life -
useful for cultural connections.
Centre
Pompidou
The musée link of this site is outstanding. It includes an interactive map of
the collection with digital reproductions of the works. There is also a
section Centre Pompidou Junior
with a variety of online activities targeted at the young folk,
including Art en Clic (narrated tours of art works with related videos and
activities), Plus d'Art (an online magazine with activities and a virtual
gallery of children's art) and Media Box (a sort of multimedia online magazine
with audio and video pieces.)

The site for this Paris museum is very nice. It includes a history of the famous
train station turned museum, information for visitors, selected works online and
e-boutique.
Atelier Paul
Cézanne
Aixois consider Paul Cézanne their son. His atelier is a featured site just
outside of the city. This website reproduces much of the studio's charm via
photos and descriptions. The site has ramped up its media and includes Flash
animations and panoramic views. Includes visitors information and e-boutique.

This is a corporate site by the group that
control’s Picasso’s licensing. It
includes information in French and
Spanish.
The site includes biographical texts, a family tree, and where to find

Arte - El País
Exceptionally cool virtual museum that you actually navigate in quasi-3D. Each
artwork is described in detail with available audio tours.
Fundació
Gala-Salvador Dalí
Oh where, oh where, have the dancing ants gone? The interface has changed
but it is still a media-rich
site will; includes video clips of Dalí in addition to works and texts. There
is a really lovely virtual
visit.
